My Story
A Journey of Discovery and Resilience
Born to Middle Eastern parents in Singapore, Wardah’s upbringing was a blend of cultural diversity and personal ambition. Determined to connect with her cultural roots in the middle east, she forged ahead with determination to move to the UAE, embarking on a journey with Emirates Airlines in 1998. Although faced with initial rejections, Wardah fearlessly broke through barriers, and that bold move transformed her life forever.
Defying the Odds and Breaking Barriers
Wardah’s journey from modest beginnings as a cabin crew member with Singapore Airlines to the heights of corporate leadership, stands as a testament to her unwavering determination and relentless pursuit of excellence. In a world where gender biases and societal norms often dictate the trajectory of a woman’s career, Wardah refused to be confined by these limitations. Instead, she forged ahead, breaking barriers and shattering glass ceilings along the way, achieving the position of Senior Executive, in male-dominated industries.

Wardah began her journey in coaching others in 2012, building coaching programs within organizations in the Middle East, growing her coaching team from 20 to over 200+ coaches. In 2017, while at Airbnb, she was appointed as a Mentor for the Airbnb, @Women affinity group, where she provided 200+ hours of 1:1 coaching to Airbnb employees. Throughout her career, she has personally coached, mentored, and supported over 500 leaders in transitioning into leadership roles and achieving their full potential. She has guided them through career pivots, leadership challenges, and personal growth, helping them build confidence, develop critical skills, and lead with purpose.
